These are the group activities linking labor-saving exercises(mainly strengthening stomach and backbone muscles)with the exercises strengthening the pelvis muscles (the Kegel’s muscles).


Kegel activities are very effective way in helping with incontinence of urine .They are also proper for healthy people as a a form of prevention. They are good for women after pregnancy, which influences on weakness of these parts of muscles. The main goal of these exercises is  strengthen the midriff genitourinary and improve  the urine’s incontinence.


We also invite senior women on Tuesdays at 7:00 pm and Thursdays at 4:30 pm.


TMTTotal Muscle Training

Miasto Kobiet invites you to take a part of our exciting fitness class – TMT (Total Muscle Training), where you could burn over 600 calories at a time!

TMT it’s very intensive conditioning exercises Total Muscle Training while it is possible to burn over 600 calories! TMT is the most effective fitness training for every one irrespective of level of progress. It is based on doing simple exercises combinations which absorb all muscles parts and improve physical fitness. This is author’s class of Tomasz Zamiela (

We invite you to try out our author’s Weight Loss Program, prepared by instructors working with us in cooperation of dietician.

30 day long program includes:

- Fat tissue measurement, calculation of basic metabolism, diet habits analysis
- Determination of individual diet plan supported by supplementation
- Evaluation of weight loss progress and dietician consultation once a week (4 meetings in total)
- Preparation of individual training program by the gym instructor
- Gym work-out and instructor patronage accordingly to recommendation
- One class from the actual fitness class schedule for your choice.

It is a great pleasure to inform you that we are the one of the first fitness clubs in Poland which brought ZUMBA, exercises full of energy, based on Latino rhythm to the fitness class schedule.
